Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 機械工程學系 === 88 === Study on transport mechanism of airborne particles in a three dimensional indoor environment with one inlet and one outlet is proposed. Both sedimentation and thermophoresis effects are taking into account in the analysis of flow, temperature and concentration fields for such a system. The focus of the present study is on the particle's deposition velocity of each surface by varying the particle size, ranging from 0.01 to 10 , and the wind velocity, ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 m/s, at inlet. Modified PHOENICS CFD code is employed to simulate such a complex situation. Results show that if the particle size is bigger, it's deposition is bigger in the floor. The inlet velocity is bigger, and the deposition velocity is bigger on the walls. And then, we understand that the air quality at indoor environments and so on improve the air quality.
