Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 企業管理學系 === 88 === The purpose of this study is to analysis how should Taiwan Small-and-Medium size exporting enterprise developing cross-industrial strategic alliance in Mainland China. The results of a survey 17 export oriented small business in Taiwan have showed that all of Taiwan small-midium sized enterprise has strong willingness to for, strategic alliance. In summary, this study’s results include evidence to prove or reject the following hypotheses: Group company founders can be classified into three cross-industrial strategic alliance types: Stable Types, Internal Types and Dynamic Types. 1. In every business function, within the stable market, many independent business have surrounded by a core firm. The inseparable connecting with each of the business and professional division of labor. 2.A group of business could create an internal market, to obtain the additional profit by using the rare resources and the knowledge of “Know-How”. 3.Connecting large amount of potential members within the group of business, by using the technical and assets effectively, to meet the requirement of their suppliers, make sure to get the latest marketing activities, technical and knowledge of management in every corporation.
