Cusson . In this study, the extraction conditions used were 40 and 50℃, at 3000, 4000, and 5000 psi, respectively. Meantime, entrainers such as n-hexane, acetone, and ethanol were also added in the extraction. All residues and extracts were assayed with HPLC. The results showed that the four coumarins had the highest yield at 40℃, 5000psi, the extraction yield for osthole, imperatorin, xanthotoxin, and isopimpinelline were 52%, 49%, 35%, and 29%, respectively.
