Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學系 === 88 === In this study, we isolated five bioactive lignans, eudesmin, magnolin, yangambin, fargrsin, and iso-magnolin from the SFE-CO2 extract of the flower buds of Magnolia fargesii. Iso-magnolin is first isolated from the flower buds of Magnolia fargesii. A supercritical fluid extraction ( SFE ) method was used for the extraction of these lignans. The extraction conditions were 3000psi/40℃, 4000psi/40℃, 5000psi/40℃, 3000psi/50℃, 4000psi/50℃ and 5000psi/50℃, and for three hours. Then, these lignans were assayed with HPLC. The results showed these lignans have the highest yield at 5000psi/50℃; the yields for eudesmin, magnolin, yangambin, and iso-magnolin were 59.71%, 61.42%, 62.85% and 61.32%, respectively. Afterwards, entrainers such as n-hexane, acetone and ethanol were added in the extraction, and the condition was 5000psi/50℃. The results showed the highest yields were given when the entrainer was ethanol and the highest extraction yields for eudesmin, magnolin, yangambin, and iso-magnolin were 63.31%, 65.69%, 66.81% and 67.30%, respectively.
