Description
Summary:碩士 === 中山醫學院 === 醫學研究所 === 88 === Abstract(一) With the increasing importance of clinical practice of nursing students, training of nurses in clinical technique and theory is never overatressed .Upon completion of the nursing course,it is necessary for nursing students to study in a clinical practice. One of the key factors for upgrading nursing techniques is based on a well-organized program which is well coo dinated with the hospital nursing staff. So good interaction between nurses and nursing students should be promoted. The objective of this study is to investigate the interaction between nurses and nursing students in clinical practice. This study also aims to provide a program of intervention for promoting the interaction. In the first stage of the study, the interaction problem between nurses and nursing students was investigated using a structured questionnaire in a provincial hospital. In the second stages the intervention program was applied including various communication and coordination meetings to alleviate the communication problems between nurses and nursing students. To evaluate the efficacy of the intervention program,a questionnaire was given to the nurses and students at the end of the intervention period. The results showed, the nurses in the hospital felt that nursing students could benefit from further training and greater practical application of nursing theory in a clinical practice. Nursing students felt that nursing staff needed to have more specialist knowledge and training .At the end of the intervention program, the difference in expectations between the nursing students and the nurses was had greatly reduced. It''s indicated that our intervention program helps the nursing students to learn more effectively in the clinical practice. We concluded that good communication between nurses and nursing students is essential in cultivating nursing students to become qualified and well-trained nurses. The results sindicated that were five characteristics according to content analysis of 28 stress sources(from strong to weak): stress from instructor''s demand, poor personal relationship ,insufficient personal ability ,poor ability to respond to info- rmation and stress from working environment. Total score and single-item score of post-intervention stress were lower than pre-intervention .which reached a statistic sig- nificance (p<0.01).The estimate of nursing students'' clinical practicing was from pre-intervention :very satisfactory and sat- isfactory-58.3%,common-38.3%,not satisfactory and very dissatisf- actory-3.3% to post-intervention:very stisfactory and satisfact- ory-73.4%,common-25.0%,not satisfactory and very dissatisfactory -1.6%.It showed that the intervention programs in this study was efficient;and it could be of the reference for future nursing education and clinical nursing education.
