Even though the government improves its service quality continuously, most of the citizens still seem to be unsatisfied. There is always a room left for improvement. To sum up, government reinvention can positively affect the organization performance, particularly plus the help of information technology. The significance of its impacts is reflected in the quality level of service, in turn, the satisfaction of service quality perceived by the general public.
