Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 建築與都市計畫學系碩士班 === 88 === During these years, the domestic educational innovation issues have been popular, and the public requirement for educational reformation is also very keen. But while the majority innovation voice concentrates on teaching handout and educational system, the innovation issues about educational space has been neglected. In urban planning, school land purpose accounts for the second top one in public facility ratio, next only to road land purpose. Such a huge land resource for campus is, to us living in Taiwan with limited land and dense population, in fact is a very precious social resource, able to be applied to improve our living quality. But our current campus environment is in lack of clear campus planning direction, making campus environment quality to drop down; plus after the 921 Earthquake, many schools have encountered the problem of reconstruction, therefore, the Study shall focus on primary school campus, the foundation in educational system, as target in research.
The Study attempts to, from the campus planning concept transition direction, explore the development trend of future campus planning concept, and compare with actual campus layout development history, to understand the difference between both in different stages. In addition, the major reasons of forming such difference shall also be further studied, to serve as campus planning subjects. What is more, Delphi expertise questionnaire method is provided, to understand the viewpoints and recommendations of the campus planning supervising sectors about future campus development trend. A review of such three aspects as the former experimental primary school, overseas related cases, newly established schools in Hsinchu City shall be conducted, to synthesize the planning direction of campus space of the three, and study the primary school campus planning guidelines, to serve as the planning and development recommendations of the future primary school planning.
Through review of the campus planning concept, it can be realized the campus planning development has a continuous property and can conform to the popular trend and social development direction of each stage. However, school building layout, besides being influenced by educational concept, is also under consideration of such factors as campus management, school land shape, future expansion, current status and budget, etc. which will also bring impact on school building layout. Therefore, the reasons of causing difference between concept and practical space include land, continued operation, integral environment and planning concept, etc.
