Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 88 === Owing to rapid groth and development in semi-conductor industries;and under the survivl competition in production scale & changeable technique.First of all;IC Assembly plays a key role in semi-conductor field,and most of current assembly houses in Taiwan still can’t reach large-scale production so quite a lot of production management problem will be encountered.As for quality,costs,efficiency,price and delivery requested from and users;basically most of assembly housed can meet the requirements from users & show quite the same performance for items mentioned above.So that only efficient production is a key index to judge if a IC Assembly housed is capable of receiving orders from end users?
Base on descriptions above;the purpose of the report is to discuss the problem on resource distribution for IC assembly houses without a large scale production and with limited equipments;Expected to provided IC Assembly houses with a efficient & a optimum management system to achicve a final goal of maximum profit.
Meanwhile;the research method is to use the conception of Operation Research(OR) to build up LP model & touse LINDO as well to find the out the optimal solution;and to use the theory of sensitivity analysis(SA) to discuss the change in enviroment factors(for example; The change in market price;upgrade in engineering ability;the change in raw material price………..and so on) and to analyze if the data is same comparied with practical matters?
Finally;how to organically solve resource problem for IC assembly houses without a large-scale production and to make the most of limited equipments to build up a optimal production model with more flexible.In products and to make the whole semi-conductor industries more competative which IC assembly houses should solve desperately.
