To transfer customer’s schematic design and the high performance ICs increasing on technology and capacity, therefore, many creative and intelligent R&D engineers focus on expansion of technology and capacity among IC design, IC manufacturing, IC packaging and IC testing. We can now look and hear what happens around IC supply chain and worldwide co-work utilize technology on expanding global IC marketplace.
The core competence of IC design comes from realizing market trend and introduces new product to market faster. R&D transfer a customer’s schematic design and then ask for wafer manufacturing, cutting and packaging into thousands of ICs. Therefore, IC design tasks not only provide effective and efficient service to customer but also co-work with partner on manufacturing resource management.
How to fully use the production resource on IC design and IC manufacturing is the main subject of my study. I used theory and method of Operation Research (OR) and Liner Programming (LP) Model in my study, moreover, to use LINDO application software to do different stimulation results. From the results comparison, we can figure out practical proposal for the management reference.
