As industrial and business develops fast, most volatile organic compounds are emitted to the air from the procedure operating in the plant. If we use more organic solvents, the pollutant emission will increase and affect human health. Therefore, the volatile organic compounds emission control is the most important study of environment protection.
From the past lecture, we know that the volatile organic compounds sources and sorts are very complex. We must strictly make control and management policies. First, we can investigate the whole plant process in the Toufen Industrial District. It can help us to analyze the sources of the volatile organic compounds emission. We can use FTIR and GC/MS to analyze VOCs emission. From the results, these methods can trace the emission dynamics by qualitative and quantification.
In addition, developing VOCs diffusion model of plant can predict VOCs exhausting and we can apply decreasing discussion to improve VOCs emission. Finally, we can develop a management data base system as other plant manages VOCs emission quantities.
