| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 土木工程學系碩士班 === 88 === Infrastructure is closely relative to people’s living, but higher frequency and numbers of engineering change orders will cause blame and query from people and parliament. The objective of this paper is to find out the reasons of the change orders by researching on the infrastructure change orders in Kaohsiung. It collects and analyzes data from the country-balancing project, one of Taiwan’s infrastructures, and the engineering files from 1994 to 1998 in Kaohsiung County. After reviewing and analyzing causes of the change orders, it proposes the recommendations to improve the present situation for engineering management and construction divisions in Kaohsiung.
