This is different from the previous quadrate-wave control. First, a comparison between quadrate-wave control and sinusoidal-wave control of field-oriented control is made; then the design and operation of every segment in field-oriented control for the spindle motor is introduced. Besides, the simulation results with different speed controllers are obtained by using Matlab/Simulink programming language. The improvement of speed control technology of spindle motor is expected. The DS1102 DSP single chip development system produced by German dSPACE company is the vital system for the spindle motor control. The computer program uses Matlab/Simulink language and it is more convenient in this experiment. The self-made PWM driver and speed feedback circuits are used for the feedback of current and speed.
