However, under a constraint of finite weapons and equipment, there are some important issues to elaborate the fighting strength up to the maximum capability for any case — a new battle ship or a modified one. The key point is the topside architecture of combat systems over a warship. Considering this key point, we propose a method to measure the effectiveness of topside combat systems for fitting the best battle efficiency. We first outline the composition and installation constrains of topside combat systems, and using the “Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP” and “Grey relational analysis” methods, then we employ the exhaustive search method from the optimum theory to achieve our goals. A study example of topside design, which the Cheng-Kung class ship is equipped with U.S. Aegis weapon systems, is presented. After using a questionnaire and taking some experts opinions, via the proposed method, the optimum distribution is obtained. As a result, while a combat system will be renewed or designed as well as a new warship construction, the method can measure the effectiveness of the topside combat system and provide useful and impersonal decision reference. 梁卓中 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW |
