Since there are few research projects were devoted in this field, this research thus focuses its efforts on the execution level of information education policy for the elementary school in Taipei. The main research goals are listed below: 1. To study current status of information education policy executed in the elementary school of Taipei. 2. To analyze reference models and theories from the related academic literature. 3. To investigate the execution of the "spread of internal need" project. 4. To explore the process, index of estimation, influential coefficients about information education policy execution. 5. To elaborate a model of information education policy execution and related guidelines which suit the elementary school in Taiwan. This thesis takes various viewpoints from the management level, execution level, and information teachers for the elementary school in Taipei. In the light of current status and problems regarding information education policy execution, it brings up a model of information education policy execution and related guidelines.
