Although Netscape announce the specification of SSL, and provide API, but US confine the decrypt technique, only 40 bits can use at the Country beside US. This kind of method, it is not safe enough with environment and devices today. This paper provide SSL implementation and release API, so we can use 128 bits to protect information, let our data can send to destination safety, and also prevent listen by another. Moreover we also follow the constraint of SSL with communicate to another, and prevent send error message by the third man. The authenticate message we send can prevent manipulation by another.
