碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業設計技術研究所 === 87 === The new pattern of architecture planning in terms of court-housing with multi-leisure facility is developed by community club these years. Due to the gap of them, planner, owner, user, the disputes happen in the planning. The studies, through the investigation of practical cases, establish the fundamental data of that planning of club, pattern of management and recent condition, also analyze the various way of planning, pattern of user, community consciousness in which the relationship is the main purpose. The studies on the subject, Jungo and Mechen community in Taichung, which the two court-housing club were compared and analyzed in the ways of interview, non-anticipant observation, dialogue with inhabitants, bring out the relationship of its pattern of user, community consciousness to be the conclusion. The issue of research was divided three parts. In space-planning, which includes the following items- circulation, directions, facilities, the need of user. In affair-management： institute, function, identification, membership, running cost, consciousness and social interaction. In job feature： inhabitant career, open time of club. The article totally has 5 chapters as follows： Ch1： Its included in the beginning which is motivation and purpose, information review, definition of range, contents and process, approach. Ch2： The recent using of Jungo community which the general condition of land, residential planning and analysis of dialogue can be explained. CH3： The recent using of Mechen community which the general condition of land, residential planning and analysis of dialogue can be explained. CH4：The relationship of usage pattern and communication consciousness which planning, management and inhabitant job can be discussed in. Ch5： Conclusion and suggestion, consequence, detailed-summary.
