| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 87 === The purpose of this research is to develop a strategic transformation model as the practical references for Taiwan’s Enterprise. Therefore, the research was conducted by interviews & field studies from the successful Taiwan Enterprise, by analyzing the data and relevant information collected from research, A loop model for strategic transformation have been developed. Also, the model was tested by questionnaire and statistical analysis.
The model will be of interest to those enterprises, which are thinking to upgrade themselves to a better position, and also for the academic circle of similar research interests.
