The first, the transmittal mechanism, sending paper, and outer covering of a New Braille Printer are designed. The next, the combination of the shock shaft and socket of Braille head, transversal shaft, belt, and step motor in the transmittal mechanism are simulated and analyzed. In the process of the design and simulative analysis, the (Pro/E , Pro/Mechanica)package is applied for its well-designed interface between the parameter design and mechanism simulation. After the simulation and analysis, the result of the Braille head socket of the transmittal mechanism sustaining the tensile indicates its strain and stress within the elastic scope.
