In addition , we analyze the relation between the "PRC's National Defense Law" and PRC's military law system、the Communist Party and the reaction between the National defense and economy development by strategic viewpoint. Furthermore, we discuss how the "PRC's National Defense Law" stabilizes the Communist Party rule the army and how to establish a socialism army with China characteristic and analyze wreath or not the upgrade of PRC's military force could be theater the Asian-Pacific area.
