Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 87 === This study attempts to research and develop the process of the microwave components with narrowband bandpass filter, and establish the relative data between production process and electrical characteristics of communication, to improve the defect during production, and upgrade the yield of product. The content of this study method mainly concerns about the discussion on precision drilling problem of 38GHz microwave elements. Through precision measurement, to understand the drilling quality, and aided with MC (Machining Center) in high-speed spindle to perform drilling, expecting to improve the roundness, squareness, surface roughness, etc., to upgrade the electrical characteristics of microwave elements, and reduce the nonconforming proportion of product. The research work focuses on controlling the product error to be within the scope of μm. The research work includes three parts, 1.design and production of fixture; 2.drilling control of high-speed spindle; 3.the analysis of quality. In terms of procedure, all research content shall go through theoretical analysis, computer numerical simulation, and experimental examination procedure. The final objective of the plan is to perform a filter manufactured by drilling with a high-speed spindle in a Machining Center. If concurrent consideration can be made in terms of cost, working hour, and quality of electrical characteristics, this method will be able to upgrade the competitiveness of the industry of microwave communication element with narrow band filter in the world.
