To investigate use condition of park waterscape facilities and citizens'' satisfaction degree of waterscape facilities by case study. Then search for recreation demand of park waterscape facilities, and supply evaluation to administration department how to maintain it, finally supply reference to reinvestment. First, establishing the characters of urban park waterscape. Making Reference to relevant study establishing the P.O.E model of urban park waterscape facilities. Evaluation content includes six steps: investigate evaluation background, decide evaluation level, confirm evaluation object, make survey plan, do case study, and apply result. Second, park users value of park waterscape and influence factors. Satisfaction model consists of expectation, performance, disconfirmation, attribution and total value. According to Pearson correlation analysis, the relation of expectation, performance, disconfirmation, attribution and total value is significant that indicates the five variables are related. Based on regression analysis equation, users'' satisfaction degree of waterscape environment main affected by expectation, then performance and attribution. Third, compare evaluation results of environment and users. Based on waterscape facilities'' technical evaluation, the performance of Chung-cheng park is nicer than Chung-san park. Based on waterscape facilities'' recreation functional evaluation, the administration of two parks is bad. Based on users'' satisfaction degree, the factors that affect the satisfaction are clean, safe, facility use, users'' characters, and environment. Key words: Post-Occupancy Evaluation urban park waterscape facility recreation demand satisfaction Hsiao-Lin Wang 王小璘 1999 學位論文 ; thesis 136 zh-TW
