碩士 === 世新大學 === 傳播研究所(含博士學位學程) === 87 === Abstract This thesis analysed from the phenomenon of transnational company 's goods full of Taiwan market, and probed transnational audio-visual company how to break communicational copy technology、public and political restricted etc. by develop and internationalize copyright laws in order to practice the exchanging value of their audio-visual goods . And examined the copyright norms from this context produce what effects to Taiwan's audio-visual market ? Or lent what results ? This thesis divided into three parts : The first part(chapter 2) probed domestic and abroad discourses of copyright , in order to understand the philosophical principle of copyright . The second part (chapter 3) analysed the development process of the copyright norms of audio-visual industries in Taiwan, in order to understand the struggle of power and to clear the role of transnational audio-visual company and foreign government. The third part (chapter 4) analyzed the effect of copyright norms. On the one side, we want to compared the change of the division of interest in Taiwan markets, in order to examine whether the transnational audio-visual company truly practiced the exchanging value by developing the copyright system. On the other side, we want to analyze the other effects that the copyright system resulted in Taiwan audio-visual industry market, in order to clear the true meanings and functions of copyright systems in modern capitalism.
