Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 應用化學系 === 87 === Cyclophane possess the nature of rigidity and character of electric current of the benzene rings, which are able to influence each other between two ring. Most of the pure cyclophanes often contain two of arenes. We are interested in the substituted for studying the cyclophane contained a cyclohexane ring instead of an arene ring, preparation of the substituded hexahydrocyclophanes and their related compounds. Under a high-dilute condition, 3,10-dithia-13-nitro-tricyclo[10.2.2.25,8]heneicosa-1(15),12(16),13-triene were prepared by a coupling reaction of cis-1,4- bis (mercaptomethyl)cyclohexane and α,α'-dichloro-2,nitro-p-xylene,in an alkaline ethanol solution. Subsituted dithiahexahydro-[3.3]cyclophanes were characterized by using of 1H NMR analyses.
