Especially in backward areas, perhaps due to less knowledge, it causes breaking the law or using pesticide not properly. The inspection technology of local health institution can not effectively in quality control and management. Usually cause that the pesticide residues over the standard specification of the safe tolerant counts. Not only danger the health of the people on local, but also expand the disease if export crops to another country. Recently it develops new kind pesticide residues variously, and international trade is frequently. Our country also strive to join the「W.T.O.(World Trade Organization)」. It must to do that lifts the restriction of crop import. Therefore in view of protecting health of consumers in our country. It is very important how to inspect effectively, quickly, accurately, exactly and how to promote the inspection technology. Also it is the motive of this thesis. The Carbamate pesticide residues are major analytic products in this thesis. To compare different analytic condition for example by different analytic columns , different gradient ratio in mobile phase , different detectors - Photodiode array detector and Fluorescence detector , different Carbamate post-column reaction types and to compare these liquid chromatography by using The High Performance Liquid Chromatography . It is also to compare the sensitivity between Photodiode array detector and Fluorescence detector. There are the same retention times of the peaks in liquid chromatography when match the liquid chromatographs between the sample's and the standard's,LC/MS provides the Carbamate pesticide residues' mass diagram besides Photodiode array detector provides the Carbamate pesticide residues' UV-Visible diagram. LC/MS is getting mature developed in the analytic chemistry field in recent two or three years. Few papers are presented in LC/MS to analysis the Carbamate pesticide residues.
