Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 運動教練研究所 === 87 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of the self-health evaluation and the risk factors which affect health among different groups of the martial arts field students, the college martial arts association students and the control group ( non-exercised association students) under the situations of receiving different training designs of martial arts classes. The second purpose was to analyze the current wellness life style of the samples so the result can be used as the referent data for the future martial arts teaching designs and the martial arts health promotion.
The questionnaire of this research was based on the wellness life style questionnaire(Edlion & Golanty, 1992: Health & Wellness), the stress behavior scale and the stress physical scale of Presidential Sports Award Fitness (1983). It is translated and composed as Wellness Life Style And Risk Which Affect Health and was used as the research instrument. The data analysis was executed by the software of SPSS for Windows.
The research results showed the follows:
1. The risk factors of affected self-health evaluation between the Chinese martial arts field students and the college Chinese martial arts association student are not quite the same. Their common risk factors adequate exercise and physical stress.
2. The percentage of the Chinese martial arts field students and the college Chinese martial arts association students who evaluated self-health status above health level was 47.6% and 54.8%.
3. Among the risk factors that affected the Chinese martial arts field students self-health evaluation, the factors of parents health, physical stress, adequate exercise, descendent, sleeping volume and drink alcohol volume were the predictors which reach the level of risk health. Among all, the parents health was the most effective predictor that effected explain 15.6% of the total criterion measuring.
4. Among the risk factors that affected the college Chinese martial arts association students, the adequate exercise and physical stress were the predictors that reach the level of risk health. Among all, the adequate exercise was the most effective predictors. Its effected criterion explanation reach 28.9% of the total criterion measuring.
5. Most of the Chinese martial arts field students and the college Chinese martial arts association students had the phenomenon of not enough sleep. The percentage was 85.71% and 85.23%.
6. Among the Chinese martial arts field students, the college Chinese martial arts association students and the correspond group ( non-exercise association students), we found that most female students had the worst self-health evaluation, compared to male students.
