This study is get at the disadvantages of Tencel fabric, smooth out the surface hair by deal with enzyme to improve disadvantages and crease of dyeing processing, then get the soft handle. First, make use of the characteristic of Tencel fiber that it is easy to separate into fiber, it gives fibrillation of Tencel fabric's surface by deal with machine and chemistry. We can know it by the electronograph, when NaOH and temperature are increase, it is enhance the fibrillation of Tencel fabric. After chose the best condition of fibrillation, then put the Tencel fabric into enzyme of CellsoftTML and Cellsoft Plus L, and change from the condition in handle, for instance: pH, bath concentrations, temperatures and times. However, we can know the CellsoftTML in acid condition of pH=4.5 and Cellsoft Plus L in neuter condition of pH=6 by electronograph, the Tencel fabric's surface is not only more clear but also less spreadability. Besides, when the temperature is 40~60℃, both the fabric's handle and strength's loss are go up; moreover; the temperature is 80℃, both the fabric's handle and strength's loss are get down. Thus, the types of enzyme are compare with bath concentrations, temperatures and times, we can know the enzyme of CellsoftTML is better than the Cellsoft Plus L that it is tenderness and processed effect for Tencel fiber. Finally, both the Tencel fabrics by deal with enzyme and not deal with enzyme are dye; we can know the dyeing exhaustion percent, K/S and ΔE by experiment's result. The processing of CellsoftTML enzyme is best than the processing of Cellsoft Plus L enzyme and no processing of enzyme.
