The problems explored include the classification of professional engineers, the practicing field of professional engineers, the ratification system of professional engineers, the conditions of license to practice, the disciplinary duty of professional engineers and the administration of professional engineers. The experts suggested the improvement directions of the professional engineers'' scheme to this study. The improvement strategies of professional engineers'' scheme have considered the possibility of the legal and practicing framework.
