Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所工業管理學程 === 87 === Two experiments investigated the effects of cognitive style and introversion-extraversion on multidimensional stimulus identification. In Exp1, field-independent Ss and field-dependent Ss were selected by the Hidden Figures Test to perform a task of multidimensional stimulus identification under different instructions of redundent. In Exp2, Ss were categorized as introverts or extraverts by The Eysenck Personality Inventory and completed the same task of Exp1. Analyses indicate that the field-independent Ss have faster reaction time. But there is no significant differentiation in accuracy. The interaction of extraversion and redundent instructions in accuracy was observed. Implications of the result and factors cause the effects of cognitive style and introversion-extraversion on multidimensional stimulus identification were discussed.
