The aim of this paper is to develop a fuzzy mathematical bargaining model simulating the real world. In this paper fuzzy mathematical programming and membership functions are used to deal with the bargaining strategies and the bargainer's rewarding preference function so that the traditional bargaining model can be much improved to suit the real bargaining problems.
