Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 87 === Experimental studies of flame propagation phenomenon of premixed flame in a stagnation flow were made by using the symmetrical counter flow flame configuration. By measuring the flame speed under various conditions through changing factors ,such as equivalence ratio、flame stretch rate、the ratio of mixing fuel and fuel type, we can yield useful insight on the flame propagation characteristics and find the adiabatic flame speed. We will discuss the influence on flame speed by the factors above and the trend of temperature distribution . The liguid fuels used in the experiment are Methanol(CH3OH)、Ethanol(C2H5OH) and N-Heptane(C7H16).The mapping of the velocity profile was obtained by using the LDA instrument with MgO as seeding particles.
