Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電機工程學研究所 === 87 === In this research, we focus on analysis of stomach myoelectricity (slow wave), and set up an analysis system which can help gastroenterologists make diagnosis. Firstly, we apply time-frequency analysis to detect the occurrence of abnormal frequency component. We employ a time-frequency analysis to realize what abnormal frequency would happen, and persist for how long a period. We employ three methods: Short Time Fourier Transform, Wigner-Ville Distribution, and Continuous Wavelet Transform, we also compared their performances according to myoelectrical characteristics. Secondly, we perform multiband analysis to understand the energy distribution of EGG signals. Multiband analysis provide us the proportion of each frequency bands, which is useful to observe and compare the variation of energy distribution in different situation, such as fasting/postprandial. If provided a better understanding regarding the EGG frequency feature. Finally, We are interested in the slow wave propagation characteristic. In our experiment, we place three electrodes along the longitudinal axis of stomach. By means of observing the correlation between the signals obtained from three electrodes, one can tell if the propagation feature is normal. To obtain better correlation and canceling noises and motion artifacts, the signals pass through an adaptive filter, which can keep the correlative components. We also integrate the analysis methods to give an overall evaluation. These important looks useful in the future clinical application.
