This thesis uses multiple regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis to examine the effect of CEIBA program on learning performance and students’ attitude toward CEIBA program. The data analyzed are collected from the students’ class performance records, questionnaire responses, and so on. According to statistical tests, the frequency of posting articles or questions on the website and three kinds of academic scores are positively related. This result supports that CEIBA program benefits students’ learning performance. However, the average time students spent in visiting the website per week has significantly negative relationship with mid-term scores. This result does not match the expectation proposed by this paper. Future study may continue to search for more evidence on this phenomenon. As to students’ attitude toward CEIBA program, the main reason for students to visit the website is to meet the grading requirement of the course. For those students who visit the website less than two times per week, the primary reason of the infrequent visits is the excessive burden from other courses. Students think that the three advantages of adopting CEIBA program are (1) inducing students to pay more attention to various tax news, (2) increasing the opportunity of discussion between students, (3) facilitating students in asking questions and obtaining answers online. Besides, students agree that CEIBA program should also be applied to Cost and Management Accounting and other non-accounting courses in the department of accounting. Regarding students’ satisfaction about CEIBA program, it is found that the more time students spend in the website, the more satisfaction with the CEIBA program they have.
