Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學研究所 === 87 === The purposes of the thesis are to find the motivations of Taiwanese enterprises'' investment in China , the reasons of hiring local managers, and the influencing variables of local manager''s recruitment and staffing. The variables we discuss are as follows:the level of managers, the different stages of business internationalization , the degrees of authority , the international human resource management style , and the scales of business in China.
The results of the study revealed the following:1.The ratios of hiring local managers are different for different level of managers. 2.The ratios of hiring local managers are different in the different stages of business internationalization.3.The ratios of hiring local managers are different in the different degrees of authority. 4. The ratios of hiring local managers are different in the different style of international human resource management. 5.The ratios of hiring local managers are different in the different scale of business in China.
