Summary:博士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 社會學研究所 === 87 === Since the last period of 1980, Korean capital has moved the base of her manufacturing industry abroad due to the gaining power of labor, the rise of nets costs of production and the liberalization policy of the capital. The amity with China in 1992, especially, was enough to induce Korean capital to China and the Shan-Dong province, which has been close to Korea in terms of geography, history and culture, possesses basic conditions for a successful accomplishment of the role as the foreign base of Korean capital. With an active preferential treatment of Shan-Dong administration, the investment of Korean enterprises to Shan-Dong province has already become an important trend. Thus the techniques of management and administration by Korean investing enterprises , as well as Korean propensity to consume, life-style, view of value and various socio-cultural phenomena have been introduced in the society of Shan-Dong through many ways and also have exerted an influence on various field of the society. Hence, this dissertation focuses on how the Korean enterprises have influenced upon the politics, economy and every field of the society in Shan-Dong by researching the relationship between Korean enterprises and local administration, business and society of Shan-Dong province through a field survey, in addition to existing materials and records.
