We tried to disperse montmorillonite in epoxy and hoped to synthesize the nano-composite Montmorillonite was constructed from silicate layers and was difficult to disperse in organic monomers , so we have to organize it. We observed the adsorption of montmorillonite as it was organized. And then we can know the adsorption curve of montmorillonite . All amines we selected to organize montmorillonite are short-chain ones because we hope that it can improve the interaction between montmorillonite and epoxy . When samples were constructed , we performed a lot of experiments .It was found that adding the montmorillonite would decrease the mechanical properties of samples , except some samples of adding the montmorillonite was organized by ethyldiamine and diethyltriamine . For the thermal properties , the glass transfer temperature will increase and activity energy will decrease when adding more montmorillonite in the sample.
