Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 地理學研究所 === 87 === Group Spatial Decision Support System is a newly established Geographic Information System and Spatial Decision Support System research field. When facing spatial-related issues, it allows decision-makers to have access to abundant information and have thorough communication and discussion without any geographical and time barriers. Furthermore, with overflowed information, multi-media, and all sorts of decision making existing in our world, it surpasses time and spatial limits and creates an environment that meets the diverse needs of our society.
Although GSDSS theory isn''''t fully developed, with current environment and technology, also by using Internet as medium, internet-based GIS as core, and WWW browser as user interface, this research aims to propose a theoretical model structure of GSDSS.
This research had chosen HsiChih of Taipei County in Taiwan as the testing area and taken the issue of refuse burner building zone selection as the group spatial decision-making act. This research had also proposed a structure of Specific GSDSS used in analysis of land use suitability and designed a prototype system. In this structure, the Analytic Hierarchy Process weighting model, a technic of Multi-criteria Decision Making, is used to coordinate decision-makers’ opinions to get the codetermination, and the codetermination can map to the land units to support the actual decision-makers the effective decision information.
