Summary:碩士 === 臺東師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 87 === By way of observing an elementary school and dialoguing with its principle theoretically and practically, the researcher analyzes the dimensions the principle needs to consider in decision making, so as to discover an ideal process of decision making suitable to mordern spirit of education. Researcher selects an elementary school at the city of Taitung, stays there for three years, observes and records its principle’s decision-making behavior, interviews with the teaching staff. He tries to identify an ideal model of administrative decision making. By method of cross check, researcher is to recognize the consistency of decision making between its principle and ex-principle and to distinguish the differences they solve the same problems. By way of observing, interviewing, questionnaire, and expost facto research, the researcher collects data in order to find out the administrative decision making to meet the needs of the principle and the teaching staff.
