Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育研究所 === 87 === The main purpose of the study is to develop the management mode of automotive workshop in TA AN industrial-vocational senior high school. The department head, practice teachers, workshop maintenance staffs, and students are all the research subjects. According to the response of the subjects, the researcher tried to search in "organization management," "students management," "workshop equipment management," "instruments management," and "materials and expendable management" in TA AN automotive practice workshop. The researcher also tried to compare and analyze how the educational staffs satisfied with the above items. At the same time, the researcher classified those different opinions into thorough interviews, and tried to find out why the differences existed. At the end, the researcher drew a conclusion and developed a management model to automotive practice workshop of Taiwan senior-industrial vocational school. The main conclusions in this research are as below: 1.organization management The comparison between present situation and expectations showed the major disagreement is “how to select director, ”and the minor disagreement is “choosing students advisor by section ”. As how to employ new coming teachers, “ and ”atmosphere in section“ the present situation and expectation are in unanimity. The teachers opinions are much different in “how to arrange practice courses,”、“how to distribute extracurricular activities, “and ”how to select teachers to pursue further education. “Besides, the present situation and expectation are the same approximately. 2.students management The students in day school and night school have different opinions about “students management”. Day school students are much more satisfied with these items than night school students. In addition, maintenance staffs are much more satisfied than teachers are. Other comparisons are below conspicuous standards. 3.workshop equipment management There is no difference between day school students and night school students in these items. Educational staffs disagree on “when and how to renew equipment.” Besides, the other items are unanimity. 4.tools and instruments management There is no difference between day school students and night school students in these items. Educational staffs are in unanimity in all items. 5.materials and expendable management Students have different opinions in these items. Night school students are much more satisfied with “the quantity of practice materials ”than day school students.
