| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業科技教育研究所 === 87 === As the progress of computer technology, specially in the rapid development of world wide web, it not only brings a global trend of network, but also makes a acute change in the way of education/training tendency.
This study not only explores the application of computer network in the training of enterprises but also tries to systematically combine the theories of human resource development, computer network, system development, and web-based training to construct a model of web-based training and its intension.
This study reaches the following conclusion:
1. Application of computer network technology in corporate training includes E-mail communication, Online instruction, Virtual Classroom etc.
2. A model of web-based training for enterprises is divided three levels:
(1) Level 1: Fives steps (Needs analysis, Instructional system design, Curriculum development, Implementation, and Evaluation) for web-based training.
(2) Level 2: there are fifteen items that describe the process of web-based training.
(3) Level 3: Forty-one items that describe the approach of web-based training.
