This study also analyzed the correlation among teachers'''' knowledge, using behavior and using attitude of network. The subjects were 555 teachers drawing from elementary schools in the central area of Taiwan. The instrument included network knowledge test, network using behavior scale and network using attitude scale. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic methods, which include Frequencies, T-test, ANOVA and Correlation analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1.There were significant differences in the variables of teachers'''' gender, position, academics degree, teaching years and the frequency of training toward the knowledge of network. 2.There were significant differences in the variables of school magnitude, teachers'''' gender, position, academics degree, teaching years and the frequency of training toward the using behavior of network. 3.There were significant differences in the variables of school area, teachers'''' gender, teaching years and the frequency of training toward the using attitude of network. 4.There were significant differences in the variables of ISP, using place, contact time, the frequency of using network and on-line time every week toward the knowledge of network. 5.There were significant differences in the variables of ISP, using place, contact time, the frequency of using network and on-line time every week toward the using behavior of network. 6.There were significant differences in the variables of contact time and the frequency of using network toward the using attitude of network. 7.There were significant correlation among knowledge, using behavior and using attitude of network.
