So that building an perfect product development process can reduce man-made mistakes and avoid process lateness. As many new technologies arise, we can take use of business process reengineering technique to improve the product process, and to speed up the development process and reduce develop time. We take use of a tool called Architecture of Integrated Information Systems, ARIS, as our analysis tool. It separates the construct into four viewpoints, such as function, data, organization, and control view. Aside control view, the three views are independent viewpoint to construct the separate function, data, and organization views. After building the model we can have a standard operation process followed. Base on the constructed model we can get the operation sequence, the responsibility of related organizations, the necessary information flow in the process. This thesis presents a framework of process reengineering, the steps of reengineering are key-point analysis, bottleneck definition, reengineering objective, reengineering mapping table. From the mapping table we can know what to do, how to do, and what will be. After reengineering we can check the influence by simulation, thus we can make sure what will be after reengineering.
