Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 物理學系 === 87 === We studied the transport properties of two-dimensional electron gas in ZnS0.06Se0.94/Zn0.8Cd0.2Se at low temperature and high magnetic field by SdH measurement. We found that the electron density increased with decreasing spacer thinkness for the non-illuminated samples. After illumination, it started to decrease and reach saturated values with a long time illumination. So these samples(Z204、Z205 and Z206) are NPPC materials. And it is interesting that the changed quantities of saturated concentration are the same in these samples.
