Therefore,the government has promoted for people to use the institution to resolve the daily trouble things about lawsuit.But the amount of mediation is far behind the amount of lawsuit.So mediation institution must have some problems that the study world be found and solved.
The study will use the survey method and depth interview method to understand the problems of the mediation.The object of the survey inclued:mediation members,the secretary of the medication commissions. The object of the depth interview are the director of the 11 districts and the former directors.
The study contents includes five parts:
(1)the participation of the mediation commission.
(2)the evaluation of the mediation institution.
(3)the qualification of the members.
(4)the operation management of the commission.
(5)organization behavior for the 11 commissions.
The study main findings are:
(1)there is no difference for the organization structure among the 11 districts.
(2)the leadership of the director of the district have the influence on the effectiveness of the commission,the job satisfaction for the members ,the members participation........
