Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 生物科學研究所 === 87 === Total proteins in corm apices of tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa L. cv. Double) were extracted from the different flower bud differentiation stages and were resolved using one-and two-dimensional sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Many polypeptide bands in the flower development stage were more prominent in intensities than in the early floral initiation stage. Tuberose corms at three different stages were assayed for free and conjugate IAA. Free IAA in corm tissues increased 2.7-fold at the flower bud differentiation as compared to the vegetative stage. Corms from the early floral initiation stage contained less free IAA compared to the vegetative stage, whereas ester IAA and amide IAA increased dramatically. Moreover, the levels of free IAA increase and the levels of conjugate IAA decrease in the floral differentiation stage compared to the early floral initiation stage.
