Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 87 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among work-load pressure, individual''''''''s accommodation pressure and accommodations providing by school, of the part-time administrative teachers. A questionaires developed in the study was to make a survey on 353 part-times administrative teachers randomly selected from 57 public elementary schools around the Tainan county. The statistical methods used here were T-TEST, ONEWAY ANOVA, MULTIPLE STEPWISE REGRESSION, CANONICAL CORRELATION. From the statistical analysis of the results the following were drawn: 2.The pressure were higher on the part of male, married, accountant, working experience is 6-10 years, teachers teaching in 13-24 classes. 3.The individual''''''''s accommodation pressure-were higher on the part of female, single, working experience is 11-20 years, working experience as the part-time administrative teacher below 2 years. 4.Part-time teachers, being the dean、working experience as the part-time administrative teacher below 2 years, experience is 11-20 years and 6-10 , academic background is graduate school, according to statistic , obviously having the great expectation towards schools that provide the solution. 5.Part-time administrative teachers'''''''' work-load pressure and self-manage having the different expectation of the 4 levels of solution providing by schools. 6.There was significant effect between work pressure and the methods of accommodation.
