The correlation between various variables and indicators was investigated. The variables included demographics, disease characteristics, health belief and social support. 92 patients who underwent pressure therapy and rehabilitation were selected from the plastic surgery OPD of the regional hospital, foundation and two pressure garment companies. The data was collected via structured questionnaire. The major finding of this study were as follows: 1、Refer to the self-care, skin-care turned out to be the best and scar-prevention was the worst. 2、The nurses provided those major self-care education and other related information. 3、72.8% of the patients showed the difficulty of self-care. 4、The self-care showed statistically significant difference on age、employment status、economical status and patient education. 5、The self-care showed statistically one significant difference on amputation. 6、The more hours of pressure garment wore, the better the self-care was. 7、The more burn part, the poorer the self-care was. 8、The self-care was correlated with health belief. 9、The self-care was correlated with social support. 10、The strongest predictors of the self-care was hours of wearing pressure garment 、financial support from parents、hospital district、scar-prevention education、burn part and social support. Those variables can explain 37.5% variation of self-care respectively. Nai-Ping Ku Hsian-Jenn Wang Hsiaw-Chi Wu 顧乃平 王先震 吳肖琪 1999 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
