Generally speaking, the cost of weapon systems and military equipments are very expensive ,and complex as well .The reliability belongs to ruinous experiment ,therefore,if you want to evaluate 〝 life cycle 〞need to prepare enough sample and long-term experiment. Because the out of order data are limited or the statistical data are indefinite, Under his condition can not control the design-paramenters objectively ,therefore ,should adopt the subjective evaluation. The subjective evaluation always adhere to indefinite limit phenomenon, so led the Zadeh''s Fuzzy set concept up to traditional relibility dealing is more flexible, and provide analyzer to exploit a new path and approach in practice. The main results of this thesis as follows: First of all, it''s convenient reconstruct the Fuzzy Linguistic to quantize. Which the Li Tingjil ,Gao He (1988) claimed Fuzzy reliability and inducted the reliability Fuzzy set to evaluate grade. Secondly, correct the constructional excellent design subjective information dealing method which Qian Lingxi(1988) claimed. handle the languaged meaning subjective evaluation which formed the Fuzzy reliability to quantilize, and caculate the optumal horizontal α-cut . Thirdly, the Fuzzy reliability mainly concentrate on series system , parallel system and redundancy system, but neglecte the Fuzzy condictional possibility transition property .In order to solve this problem, there should be inducted randomity network problem handling technique and constructed model, it''s more bounteous and resonable.
