Summary:碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 公共衛生學研究所 === 87 === Abstract The purpose is improving emergency quality in the standpoint of emergency patient, we collect questionnaire to the emergency patients of three hospitals in Meo-Lei city, evaluating the Improving Plans in Emergency Quality , and evaluating the factor associated with emergency patient selecting emergency medical service. The study collect two times questionnaire to the emergency patients, As the result of fist questionnaire we discussing the improving plans in emergency quality, and executing some improving program. After three months, we collect the second questionnaire, then we analysis difference in two groups of data, and assess the Effects of Improving Plans in Emergency Quality. The study have 630 questionnaires in the fist time, and 630 questionnaires in the second time, the patient responded himself in 71.7% of the case, while 28.3% of the questionnaires were responded by the family. The patients proportion of male and female is 1:1.01. The mean age of the patients was 37.84 years old, five factors were extracted from 18 items to choose hospital for emergency care. These factors are accessibility, medical service, equipment, medical convenience, non-medical service. The emergency patient had some complain in the environment and layout of emergency department, the process of medical treatment, the attitude of medical service provider. Except the plans improving satisfaction of emergency patient, After three months, the improving plans had its notable result, but satisfaction of emergency patient had influence by external factor, then assess the result of improving plan. The study suggest that medical service provider evaluating emergency quality with medical indicator and patient’s satisfaction , establish the well communication between patient and medical service provider, because improving medical attitude and then elevate the satisfaction of patient.
