In view of this, we propose a mechanism based on Fuzzy Matrices to predict the locations that a mobile host will visit. We review the previously proposed strategies in this issue and then use fuzzy set theory to reserve resource in advance. We also use mobility specification of mobile subscribers to make our strategy more accurate and effective.
