This study was a survey research. Seven hundred and thirty-seven male college students from 18 universities were sampled in this study. Instruments used in this study were Gender Role Conflict Scale and Attitude toward Help Seeking Scale. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by descriptive statistics, multivariate regression, and canonical correlation analysis. The main findings were as follows:1 9.4% of the subjects of the study had actually seek for help at any institution of guidance or counseling.2 The measurement of subjects’ attitude toward help seeking yielded the average rank of 2.65.3 The measurement of subjects’ gender role conflict yielded the average rank of 3.61.4 Canonical analysis supported the relationship between Gender Role Conflict and attitude toward help seeking and yielded redundancy of 10.4%.5 Results of the multivariate regression procedures supported Gender Role Conflict could be predicted by attitude toward help seeking. The Gender Role Conflict could be explained by attitude toward help seeking from 5.8% to 15.7%.Based on the results, some implication were discussed and suggestions on future research were also proposed.
